e.l.f Nail Polish Remover Pads

I love these nail polish remover pads. I originally bought them since I love to paint my nails every other week, but I was moving into a college dorm and wanted something that was easy to store in a small space and not messy. The pads are cheap, they smell like citrus, they are not harsh on my nails(and I think my nails look even smoother after using them), and they work really well. When removing a full set of nail polish, without any major chips on my nails, it takes about two remover pads per hand.

e.l.f Makeup Remover Pen

I think the makeup remover pen is effective and is not harsh on the skin, however when I used this the first time, the white stick got stained with the color of the makeup. So, the entire little stick was only used once, and then I threw it out. Even after trying to wipe it off and run some water over it, the pen had already been stained and became useless. So I might consider using e.l.f makeup remover wipes next time instead of the pen.

e.l.f Lip Exfoliator

I was not sure if I would really like this lip exfoliator, but I was surprised that it works really well. The exfoliator is not too harsh on the skin, which is good for sensitive skin but it may not be as effective for extremely dry and cracked lips. I really liked how moisturizing it is and I would definitely consider buying an e.l.f. lip balm if it is similar to this product.

e.l.f. Lip Primer and Plumper

img_6820

This is a two-in-one product, as one side is a lip primer and the other side is a lip plumper. I was not sure what the lip primer would do before I used it, and after using it I am still unsure of what the lip primer is supposed to do. The primer goes on your lips as a pale color that makes your lips look like you put chalk on them. When I tried to put lipstick over the primer, the color was altered and looked washed out, so I am still not sure what this primer is trying to achieve. On the other side I was excited at first because the plumper smelled like cinnamon, but then when I put the product on my lips it made them burn. I am not sure if it is supposed to feel like that, and I just had a low tolerance for it, or if I had some sort of allergic reaction to the lip plumper. Overall I will never be putting that lip plumper near my lips again.

e.l.f. Cuticle Pen

What I like most about this cuticle pen is that it moisturizes my nails overall. I would definitely suggest using this cuticle pen right after you remove any nail polish off of your nails. I think it helps soothe your nails after you have been rubbing a harsh nail polish remover against them. I would not suggest using it right before you plan on painting your nails, as it takes some time for your nails to absorb the moisture and anything sitting on the surface of your nails could mess up your manicure. I also like how easy it is to use and travel with this cuticle pen. You just have to rub the tip of the pen gently on your nails and it moisturizes them.
