While Rodeo Drive gets all of the hype and attracts all of the tourists, most people visiting the area and looking to shop are not really planning on purchasing items from Prada, Jimmy Choo, or Bijan. However, if you walk over one street, instead of staying just for the window shopping on Rodeo, you will come across Beverly Drive. Beverly Drive, in Beverly Hills, is a street with great shopping, trendy eateries, and a few popular Beverly Hills landmarks.
Some of my favorite shops on Beverly Drive are Sephora, Anthropologie(And this location has the BHLDN bridal boutique upstairs), Paper Source, North Face, luluemon, Alice+Olivia, MAC Cosmetics, and Pottery Barn. For food and drinks you could stop at Urth Caffe, Blue Bottle, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Laduree, Coral Tree Cafe, and Panera.
On this street you will also find the hotel Montage Beverly Hills, and the Beverly Canon Gardens right next door. The Paley Center for Media resides on this street as well, which has tours, screenings, and exhibits related to television. While the Beverly Hills sign can be found near the cross streets of N Beverly Drive and S Santa Monica Blvd in the Beverly Gardens Park.
For parking, all of the parking garages in this area offer two hours of free parking and there are multiple garages located on Beverly Drive. I would suggest parking in between the cross streets of Gregory Way and Santa Monica Blvd. Overall, there is plenty to do and see outside of just Rodeo Drive, and this area in Beverly Hills is worth exploring.
